After returning from her travels in India and South East Asia, Tess understood the importance of healthy eating and the difference it made to healing her severe digestive issues. After a change of lifestyle and seeing the many benefits of healthy eating first hand, this ignited a passion of healthy living which then led to Tess training as a chef at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and starting a food blog. After completing her course, Tess now runs tailor made cooking programmes in London as well as working on the food blog and working as a freelance food and travel writer. We had the chance to have a chat with Tess and discuss healthy living, Healthy Eating and Cooking!
